Atiku gets a second dose of COVID-19 vaccine

Atiku Abubakar, the former Vice President of Nigeria, obtained his second dose of the Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 vaccine.

This was confirmed by his media aide, Paul Ibe.

The first shot was given to Atiku, who is currently in Dubai, UAE, on January 6.

“H.E @atiku earlier today took his second dose of Pfizer-BioNTech C0vid-19 vaccine. He had earlier had the first jab on the 6th of January,” Ibe tweeted.

Numerous countries, including the United States and the United Kingdom, have approved the Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine.

According to Kayode Fayemi, chairman of the Nigerian Governors’ Forum, Nigeria will get the first shipment of the vaccine in February.
