He vowed to fight till all those who killed Jesus are prosecuted.

This isn’t the first time Mr Indidis had made the move, he first made an attempt in 2007, but failed because he couldn’t make the killers face justice as a Nairobi court dismissed his petition.

In 2013, he made another attempt but this time he approached the International Court of Justice, arguing that Christ’s death was selective and a clear case of injustice, but still couldn’t get justice yet he didn’t give up.

In his opinion, the prosecutor violated the fundamental human rights of Jesus and it was full of unlawful extrajudicial misdemeanor backed by bias, prejudice and a clear case of abuse of office.

He mentioned that the manner Jesus was interrogated and beaten mercilessly during the trial after he was accused and the way he was subsequently sentenced were unlawful.

“Some of those present spat in his face struck him with their fists, slapped him, taunted him, and pronounced him worthy of death,” he alleged.

With his allegations, he told the ICJ to recognize that “the proceedings before the Roman courts were a nullity in law. They did not conform to the rule of law at the material time and any time thereafter”.

But it failed as Mr. Indidis still couldn’t get Justice for Jesus Christ. Just like the Nairobi court, the International Court of Justice dismissed his case.

It has emerged that Indidis hasn’t backed down as he has yet again, picked up his fight for Jesus to get justice by making a third appeal to the International Court of Justice and patiently hoping to get a trial for the murder of Jesus.

Mr. Indidis explained in his speech that he filed the case because his duty is to uphold the dignity of Jesus. That’s why “I have gone to the ICJ to seek justice for the man from Nazareth.”

Mr. Indidis disclosed that all the evidence needed for the case to proceed are in the Bible. “You cannot discredit the Bible…I know with a matter of fact and truth we have a good case with a high probability of success and I hope it is done in my lifetime,” he added.

The Kenyan lawyer who once served as the spokesperson for Kenya’s Judiciary, informed Kenyan media that he sued Israel and Italy because he’s a friend of Jesus.

Aside the two nations, he also wants prominent leaders who orchestrated the prosecution of Jesus during Jesus’ time to face justice.

He went on to list some Jewish elders, Emperor Tiberius, Pontius Pilate and King Herod as the leaders who ought to be interrogated for the killing of Jesus. Knowing that these leaders are long dead, the lawyer then settled for prosecution of Israel and Italy.

While everyone is anticipated for the results of the lawyer’s appeal with the ICJ, there’s high probability that the man will be disappointed again as the last time he made an attempt, an official of ICJ stated that the court has no jurisdiction for such imaginary cases.

According to the ICJ official, “The ICJ settles disputes between states. It is not even theoretically possible for us to consider this case”
