We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Lead Graphics Designer

Location: Lagos (Remote)
Employment Type: Full-time
Reports to: Department Lead

Responsibilities

Study design briefs and determine requirements
Conceptualize visuals based on requirements
Prepare rough drafts and present ideas
Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using software or by hand
Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic
Work with copywriters and account managers to produce final design
Test graphics across various media
Amend designs after feedback
Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand.

Requirements

Interested candidates should possess relevant qualifications
Proven graphic designing experience
A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics
Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop)
A keen eye for aesthetics and details
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
Swift and reliable.

Skills that would make a candidate successful in this role:

At least 3 years experience working at a digital agency in Nigeria
At least 3 years experience handling above responsibilities stayed above for different top tier brands
Top Notch Creative skills
Possess Leadership & Management Skills
Ability to handle deliverables and meet deadline without been supervised.
