Controversial actor, Yul Edochie, beams with joy as fans and well-wishers humorously tease him about taking a second wife.

The father of five was welcomed at an airport by an Igbo fanbase who received him with the sentence ‘Nwoke adigo committed’ which caught him off guard.

In a loose translation, the statement means ‘man is now committed’; a reference to Yul Edochie’s second wife saga.

Taking to Instagram to express what the moment felt like for him, he wrote;

“AS I ARRIVED THE AIRPORT, SOME OF MY FANS CAME TO ME TO TELL ME THAT ‘NWOKE ADIGO COMMITTED’.
I LAUGHED FOR OVER A MINUTE BEFORE I GATHERED MYSELF TO MAKE THIS VIDEO.
IF YOU KNOW THE MEANING OF ‘NWOKE ADIGO COMMITTED’ YOU’LL UNDERSTAND.
😀😀😀,” HE WROTE.
